When there is an outage it takes them forever to fix. I lived inside city limits for a while and never had this many problems and time without power. Horrible at giving updates, if your fixing something it shouldn't take almost 24 hours before you alert your paying customers. People pay there bill every month and if you don't they cut your electricity asap, but when they mess up it could takes hours if not days before it's back up again. Worst service I have ever had.
